back to Overthinking

We’re back!

And by “we” I mean me.

It’s been a while but I’ve been missing this creative outlet and I’ve been overthinking a lot, so here we go again. I have a vision to expand this space to include more of my essays and art, and to experiment with different lengths of content and formats as well. I ultimately want to add an instagram account for sharing shorter pieces, posting reminders and above all, sharing interesting posts and accounts I come across as well. But that’s what we call “Zukunftsmusik” or music of the future. For now, this tiny post alone has been sitting on my desktop almost finished for a very turbulent half a year. But I think we’ve all “been there” these past six months. If anything is under control it’s the backlog of media I have consumed and need to talk about.

For now, I’m back at it and I hope you’ll stay with me. 

I will abandon the bi-monthly topics for now as they limit me more than I thought. And they might even deter some of you in sticking around. After all, not everyone might be interested in space or superheroes enough to read about that genre for two months straight. That being said, superheroes and space will probably be two of the bigger topics because we all need a some more super in our lives and I can’t think of a space joke that hasn’t been made as many times as there a stars in the sky. Anyhow, this is the time to keep your distance and shamelessly consume large quantities of stories – and snacks.

I’m looking forward to overthinking on all kinds of topics and taking you along for the ride.
